Well the day is finally upon us, and after predicting Tiki's deal with NBC about a month ago.......this is kind of anti-climatic. But anyway it's here so we shall rejoice!
I have a question for you. Even though most outfits reported that he WOULD sign no one has actually reported today that he has. Well he has already signed, and at 11:30AM EST he'll have a press conference to be aired on NBCSports.com.
The Question: Do you (or does anyone) really even care? Football isn't for 8 months, and he's really just going to be on the Today Show's new 4th Hour until then. And the Today Show isn't really putting out viewer friendly segments these days (watch closely).

I'm not sure why anyone really cares about the Today show after the second hour. I think that's where Tiki will be used, because that's when they go to the super-lite-news crap -- Meredith Viera can't appear in those hours due to a contract with the syndicated version of Who Wants to be a Millionaire, if I remember correctly.
Personally, I couldn't care less. I hope he's happy doing cooking segments for eight months.
